International Cultural Academy has signed its first contract with international photographer Mr. Kamal Oghly to provide specialized courses in photography for ICA students.

​

Mr. Oghly is also the head of photography department in the academy. In addition, he is a member of the founding committee and a member of the studies and research committee. 

​

Currently, courses will take place through his website until the e-learning platform of the ICA is ready. All his courses and other courses in different fields will be available through our future e-learning platform.

​

Courses that will be taken through Mr. Oghly's website are with accordance to the ICA standards. Certificates will be granted based on request.
